Located in GMU 2, Seven Springs Ranch is a 520-acre private hunting property bordering BLM land in one of Colorado’s top trophy elk units. With seven natural springs, this land consistently attracts and holds big bulls, offering hunters an incredible opportunity to tag a true giant.
Hunters can book the entire season or choose specific dates, with the option to stay in a rustic cabin for an additional charge. The ranch owner also offers home-cooked meals for a fully immersive experience.
Beyond hunting, the cabin serves as a perfect basecamp for exploring vast public lands, ATV & biking trails, hiking, and sightseeing. The property borders Dinosaur National Monument and is close to Browns Park, the Green River, and historic sites—making it ideal for those seeking both adventure and relaxation.

Our Rates
Trespass Fee (Per Season)
You must have drawn your own tag. No landowner tags available at this time.
Archery: $1,500
Rifle: $1,500
Muzzleloader: $1,500
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cabin Rental
Includes 2 queen beds and 3 double beds, with full cooking facilities. The ranch can prepare and supply meals upon request.
The cabin is available for both hunters and outdoor recreationists—ideal for accessing vast areas of BLM and public lands, including ATV & UTV trails, hiking, and sightseeing. The property borders Dinosaur National Monument and is close to Browns Park, the Green River, and many historic sites.
